Refunds & cancellation
This page covers Signaloquy Comp, the subscription sold on this site. Consulting engagements through Signaloquy Advisory are governed by the signed statement of work for that engagement, not by this page.
Cancelling
When you cancel:
- You keep your files. Everything Signaloquy Comp built for you lives in your own folders, on your own machine, in formats you can open without us — the structure, the records, the skills and scripts, and every reference table you received up to that point. You keep all of it, permanently.
- You stop receiving updates. The subscription pays for keeping the maintained legal reference data current. That is what stops.
- There is nothing to export. We hold no copy of your data, so there is no migration to perform and nothing for us to hand back or delete.
What is refundable

So the minimum any customer pays is $300 USD, and the minimum an annual customer pays is $1,100 USD.
Why the first month is not refundable
That is meant literally, and it is why we are comfortable saying it. On cancellation you keep the schema, the skills, the scripts, and every reference table you received — permanently. You are not forfeiting a deposit on something you no longer have. You paid for a month and received something that outlasts the month.
Annual plans
Formally: refund = $2,000 − the greater of $1,000 or $166.67 × full months elapsed. The $100 setup fee is never refunded.

Why there is a floor at all, said plainly: an annual subscriber is buying a year of maintained currency, and the cost of maintaining it does not arrive evenly — the tables move on January 1 and July 1 regardless of when you signed. A half-year floor prices that without making the annual plan the riskier choice.
If it won't run on your machine
Signaloquy Comp is a download that runs on your own computer, on your own AI provider account. Once it is on your machine you hold it, and it does not come back when you cancel. A refund would return the money and leave you the goods.
Because of that, the system requirements are published before purchase and you acknowledge them at checkout, individually. At the time of purchase you will confirm that you have read and understood each of the following:
- What you need to run this: Windows with PowerShell 5.1 or later, Claude Code installed, and your own Anthropic account.
- Mac and Linux are untested and this may not run on them.
- AI usage bills to your account directly, not to Signaloquy. We are never a party to your agreement with your AI provider.
- The $100 setup fee and first month are not refundable, and you keep the files if you cancel.
- This is licensed, not sold — no redistribution, resale, or white-labeling.
If you are not sure whether your setup qualifies, ask us before you buy — email us and we will tell you honestly. We would rather lose the sale than take money for something that will not run.
Returns and delivery
There is no return process, because there is nothing to return. Signaloquy Comp is delivered as files to your own machine — nothing is shipped, and there is no physical product. Delivery happens during setup, which we schedule with you directly after purchase.
If we got something wrong
This page is about you changing your mind. It is not the limit of what we will do if we make a mistake — a defect, a disruption, or a maintained reference fact that turns out to be wrong. Tell us and we will make it right. That is handled case by case rather than by a formula on a policy page.
